The "Dreams Way" project was created with the purpose of helping "Brigadoon Explorers" and "Dreams" Foundations, which are active in organizing various activities for people affected by A/S and autism.
The agency is present in Second Life with an active avatar: Golda Stein.
All proceeds from the event will be payed on a cashier avatar named "Dreamsway Resident" created by founder of Dreams Way, Shanty Bookmite. Once the event ends all the incomes will be devolved to Golda Stein through an SL transaction.
For greater transparency, Shanty Bookmite will post on the blog a record of every transaction to Dreamsway Resident as well as the final transaction to Golda Stein. Each participant to the event will be able to verify the amount of each transaction and that all the proceeds will be devolved to the avatar representing the Foundations, Golda Stein.
Our goal is to get fashion Designers, Photographers and Fashion Agencies involved in organizing a big charity event to raise funds for Brigadoon Explorers and Dreams.
The event will take place from November ,11th till November, 30th, in a sim specially created for the event, which includes a shopping district and an area for fashion shows.
Our catwalk will host 7 Fashion Shows organized by 7 Agencies that will join the project showcasing creations from participating Designers.
A big Charity Auction will close the event: your skills will be sold to the highest bidder!We are looking for:
1) 7 Fashion Agencies willing to organize the Shows
2) Fashion Designers willing to participate to the Shows
3) Photographers, Fashion Designers, Fashion Teachers, Personal Shoppers/Stylists willing to participate to the Auction.

Below you will find more informations about the category you may want to apply for:
1) Fashion Agencies:
- The catwalk and the general scenography will be provided by "Dreams Way".
- Each participating Agency will have to organize a Fashion Show making use of their own models and staff.
- We will leave to your discretion the choreography and the amount of models on catwalk.
- Your contact person will be Katiuscia Vollmar, she will provide you with 20 Creations (20 clothes+Various Accessories) by November, 8th.
- You will provide descriptions for each dress or accessory.
- The maximum number of allowed exits is 20. You will have to match clothes and accessories.
- You will provide a DJ and/or a speaker.
- The show will have a maximum duration of about an hour, this way the audience will have time to enjoy the shopping district after the show.
Fashion Shows Dates:

November, 18th
November, 21st
November, 25th
November, 28th - 2PM SLT - AIM
November, 30th - 1PM SLT - KV Dream fashion Agency
Each agency can choose one among these dates and a time between 9AM and 2PM SLT.

2) Designers:
- You will be assigned a shop in the shopping area. We would like you to put for sale 3 items with a 50% split donation script. You are by no means obligated to create exclusive items, you can sell an existing creation, an existing creation in a new color or a new release.
- We would like you to put for sale 1 item with a 100% split donation script. We would like this particular item to be EXCLUSIVELY made for the event.
- You will have access to the sim to rez your items from November, 8th to November, 10th. Landmarks to the location will be sent out on November, 8th.
- You will have to send your 4 items with no copy/transf permission in a folder containing a notecard with names and pictures of your creations to Katiuscia Vollmar by November, 5th. Pics don't need to be artistic, a simple snapshot is more than welcome as they are not meant to be distributed/published/uploaded/posted in any way.
- You will have to send out your 4 items to our selected bloggers through the bloggers group we will create for the event. Invitations to the group will be send on November, 8th.

3) Auction:
We are looking for 10 people willing to take parts to the auction, they may be:
- Designers: They will create an exclusive creation for the highest bidder (realized in agreement with the client)
- Photographers: They will offer a photo session for the highest bidder (1 picture, realized in agreement with the client)
- Professional Fashion Teachers: They will offer a private class to the highest bidder. (Teaching experience needed)
- Personal Shoppers: They will offer to improve the style for the avatar of the highest bidder. (Experience needed)
The auction will take place on November, 30th at 2PM SLT. All the incomes will be devolved to "Brigadoon Explorers" and "Dreams".
